Unlike the Ouch Pouch, this Toe Pad has Gel paddingonly where needed-on the top surface of the toes. Under the toes there is only a thin fabric layer so you can feel the floor.
This also means there is less interference with fitting, you can feel when your shoe is 'dying', and it is cooler!
